Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to provide complete scheduling oversight for internal and external customers. You will coordinate regulatory and operator training requirements, verify training objectives, and act as the primary contact for assigned programs.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, confirming attendance, and maintaining client information while upholding high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with scheduling and regulatory coordination in aviation.
• Familiarity with FAA/NAA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers and update client information accurately.
• Coordinate training requirements and notify customers of changes.
• Verify regulatory objectives and ITS alignment for flights.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs with internal and external customers.
• Maintain client retention and provide additional training options to boost revenue.
