Job summary

FlightSafety International in Columbus, OH is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to oversee scheduling for internal and external customers, ensuring top-tier service. You will coordinate regulatory and training requirements, verify objectives, and manage participant communications and records to support on-time training events.

You will work closely with customers, instructors, and regulatory bodies, applying FAA/NAA terminology and FlightSafety processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or 3 years' related experience in scheduling.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for internal and external customers and send confirmations.
• Coordinate training requirements and modify schedules as needed.
• Verify training objectives and regulatory compliance with FAA/NAA guidelines.
• Serve as backup focal for TSA tracking and export compliance checks.
• Communicate with customers, instructors, and regulators to ensure event success.
