Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Scheduling Specialist to oversee training schedules for internal and external customers, coordinating regulatory requirements and objectives. The role involves TSA tracking support, export compliance checks, and proactive client communications to ensure successful training events.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business or aviation management, or 3 years related experience, plus 1–2 years in aviation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years related experience in aviation scheduling or training.
  • 1–2 years aviation industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAA/NAA regulations and prerequisites for FlightSafety courses.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule customers/clients, send confirmations, and create/update accounts.
  • Coordinate training needs with customers and regulators; verify objectives.
  • Act as backup focal for TSA tracking for incoming clients.
  • Perform export compliance checks as needed and collect pre-training docs.
  • Contact customers to confirm attendance and training objectives; manage retention.
  • Interact with internal/external customers and regulatory agencies as primary contact.
