Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Scheduling Specialist to oversee training schedules for internal and external customers, coordinating regulatory requirements and objectives. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business or aviation management, or 3 years related experience, plus 1–2 years in aviation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years related experience in aviation scheduling or training.
• 1–2 years aviation industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FAA/NAA regulations and prerequisites for FlightSafety courses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients, send confirmations, and create/update accounts.
• Coordinate training needs with customers and regulators; verify objectives.
• Act as backup focal for TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Perform export compliance checks as needed and collect pre-training docs.
• Contact customers to confirm attendance and training objectives; manage retention.
• Interact with internal/external customers and regulatory agencies as primary contact.
