Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to provide complete scheduling oversight for internal and external customers, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating regulatory training requirements.

You will verify training objectives, manage assignments, and act as the primary contact for assigned programs, interacting with customers and regulatory agencies. The role supports FlightSafety’s training offerings and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or 3 years related experience.
• Aviation industry knowledge including FARs and FAA/NAA regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients and manage confirmations.
• Coordinate training schedules with customers and adapt to requirements.
• Verify training objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary contact for assigned programs.
• Export control checks where required.
• Maintain client retention program.
• Provide updates to internal/external customers and regulatory agencies.
• Promote additional training offerings to increase revenue.
