Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to oversee internal and external training schedules, coordinate regulatory requirements, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include coordinating training with customers, verifying objectives, and maintaining accurate records, with TSA and FAA/NAA regulatory awareness. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred; aviation experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or three years’ related experience
• Aviation industry knowledge and regulatory awareness preferred
• Experience scheduling training or clients is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients, send confirmations, create new accounts
• Coordinate training needs and schedule modifications with customers
• Verify training objectives per regulatory requirements
• Back-up TSA tracking for incoming clients
• Perform export compliance checks as needed
• Contact customers to confirm attendance and objectives
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned program(s) with internal/external customers and regulators
