Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to provide comprehensive scheduling oversight for internal and external customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service. You will coordinate training requirements, track attendance, and act as the main liaison for programs with customers and regulators.

The role requires aviation knowledge, scheduling software experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or related experience.
• Three years’ related experience may substitute for education; aviation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aviation terminology, FARs, and prerequisites for FlightSafety courses per FAA/NAA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients and coordinate training requirements.
• Manage training schedules and coordinate with customers on needs that affect schedule changes.
• Verify training objectives and regulatory requirements for courses.
• Serve as back-up focal for TSA tracking for new clients.
• Perform export compliance checks as needed.
• Contact customers to confirm attendance and objectives.
• Communicate with internal/external customers and regulatory agencies as primary point of contact.
• Support sales by promoting additional trainings and services.
