Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Trainer to develop and implement training programs for staff. You will provide coaching, tailor curricula with department managers, and ensure safety compliance within the airport environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating trainee progress, maintaining records, and staying current with industry regulations. The role requires flexibility for flights/airport operations and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to access and use electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, mobile devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• May need FAA/RAIC/TSA credentials as applicable.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to trainees.
• Collaborate with department managers to tailor programs to specific roles.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct safety training sessions in airport environments.
• Maintain training records and certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Schedule training with HR and department heads and ensure resources are available.
• Provide feedback on trainee performance to management.
• Participate in train-the-trainer programs to stay current with techniques.
• Uphold professional and ethical conduct in all training activities.
