Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Trainer in our FBO to develop the capabilities of new and existing employees. You will promote a Safety 1st mindset and align with Jet Aviation policies while supporting daily operations.

The role requires coaching, conducting training, and delivering knowledge across shifts. Training lasts 4–6 weeks with a shift from 11:00pm–7:00am and a bonus potential up to 5% of annual salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2–4 years of Line & Ramp Services knowledge including NFPA 407 and ATA 103.
• NATA Line Service training certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site practices and safety.
• Lead safety meetings and training.
• Develop and evaluate training programs to ensure up-to-date content.
• Ensure learning objectives are met and document progress of trainees.
• Support base operations and customer service as needed.
