Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Trainer to support onboarding, safety, and performance through engaging training sessions across customer service, technical skills, and compliance. You will evaluate employee performance, reinforce policies, and ensure understanding of expectations in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, use of e-learning tools, and collaboration with safety programs such as the SMS, FAA/TSA regulations, and continuous improvement of training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Must have at least one (1) year of airline operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Six (6) months of supervisory/management experience in a shift work environment.
• Experience with e-learning platforms or online training tools can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on customer service, technical skills, compliance, and product knowledge.
• Use instructional techniques including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
• Performs analysis for training, development, and implementation of training policies and procedures for airline standards.
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Develop training practices to improve service level standards and compliance.
• Inspect facilities for training and ensure training program compliance.
• Review audit reports and feedback to identify training improvements and curriculum topics.
• Develop continuous training improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and service levels.
• Continuously monitor training programs and conduct or coordinate employee training.
• Identify and implement a tracking system to ensure recurrent training compliance.
• Maintain and update the company's training manual; review annually for new policies.
• Adhere to policies; support company objectives.
