Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an Aviation Trainer to support the Senior Quality Administrator in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs. The role includes maintaining training records, coordinating training efforts, and assisting with audits and data analysis to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of aviation-related experience, including training, and is proficient with MS Excel templates, PowerPoint, and training software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of aviation experience, including at least 1 year in training.
• Proficient with data entry, Excel templates, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and operate company training software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and reinforce standards, expectations, goals, and ideals of the Company to all employees.
• Coordinate initial and recurrent training schedules and provide technical support as required.
• Maintain training records and generate reports for internal and external customers; ensure accuracy and up-to-date files.
• Assist with internal audits and data analysis as needed.
