Job summary

Air Transport International (ATI) in Wilmington, Ohio seeks a Training Administrator to develop and administer online training programs for administrative functions. You will manage the LMS, maintain training records, and assist in creating engaging courses using Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, six months of training development experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months demonstrated training development skills.
• Must have working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn new programs.
• Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training database and files and compile monthly reports.
• Develop and distribute monthly training due for the company and contractors.
• Verify and review training records prior to authorization submission.
• Audit training updates for authorization.
• Coordinate scheduling of personnel in training courses with outside companies.
• Ensure contractors are trained and authorized as needed.
• Verify all Contractors' A&P license.
• Receive, maintain, and distribute training documentation.
• Provide verification of training performed to contract agencies as required.
• Maintain LMS training system by adding new personnel or contractor tabs.
• Assist in development of training courses using Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint and Word.
• Perform departmental shipping functions, including mail and packages.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
• Other duties as assigned.
