Continental Aerospace Technologies Inc. seeks a Territory Support Representative to lead relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners. You will promote product lines, drive growth, and provide both sales and technical support across the region. Travel≈50% with on-site and remote engagement.

The role emphasizes training, pipeline management, and collaboration with QA and marketing to meet forecasts and enhance customer satisfaction across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
• Proven experience in aviation sales and/or support, preferably GA.
• FAA A&P License or local equivalent a plus; IA and/or CFIs are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners to drive support and sales growth.
• Develop strategic customer pursuits and oversee all stages of the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Research, develop, and capture new business opportunities for all Continental product lines to meet forecasts.
• Report on business pipeline status and support sales forecasting.
• Serve as the primary contact for sales and technical support within the region.
• Train and monitor distributor personnel remotely and on-site.
• Create and deliver sales and training presentations.
• Develop and share sales strategies and best practices.
• Resolve escalations and communicate with customers and partners.
