Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace is seeking a Supervisor, Technical Library & Records in Pensacola, FL to lead the lifecycle management of manuals, publications, and aircraft records. You will guide staff, safeguard document integrity, and ensure timely updates and work packages, while upholding FAA, EPA, OSHA, and operator standards.

You will oversee training, auditing, and distribution of manuals, participate in records audits, and drive accuracy and compliance across all library operations at

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in related field with 1-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing and lead a staff to goals, productivity and quality work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct personnel in Technical Library & Records department.
• Ensure records are accounted for, audited, copied, and retained in company records.
• Assemble original aircraft records/work packages and deliver to the customer on time.
• Complete tasks authorized by the Manager, Technical Training and Library/Records Department in a timely manner.
• Oversee scanning of aircraft records and implement cost controls; ensure tasks are understood.
• Maintain current Technical Library information; ensure documents are up-to-date (SBs, AD notes, FARs, Type Certificate data, etc.).
• Manage satellite library locations and related duties as necessary.
• Distribute and process manuals and revisions to satisfy library requirements.
