Job summary

ST Engineering Pensacola Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead major aircraft maintenance projects at Pensacola International Airport. You will own schedules, manage crews, and coordinate with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will navigate FAA and other regulatory requirements, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance, engineering, and planning functions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience including lead or supervisory roles.
• Must hold an Airframe & Powerplant license.
• 2 years of college or trade school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of individual customer aircraft projects to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Lead mechanics and supervise maintenance entries.
• Interface with customers and conduct project status meetings.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EPA, OSHA and internal policies.
• Oversee resource planning, manpower and overtime to maintain on-time delivery.
