Job summary

WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support aviation and cargo handling recruitment across hourly roles. You will maintain confidentiality, demonstrate a positive, goal-oriented approach, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Expect periodic local/region travel and weekend work as needed. The role requires 1–3 years' recruiting experience, fluency in English, and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruiting experience, preferably in aviation and cargo handling for hourly roles.
• Must be able to work some weekends, holidays and days off.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills are required.

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for...

What you already have...

• One to three years previous Recruiting experience preferably in aviation and cargo handling for hourly roles. Independent judgment and decision-making skills required
• Must be able to work some weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
• Apply aerospace industry experience when applicable; industry experience is preferred but not required.
