Contract Recruiter (On-Site) – Aviation Security Company

Position Overview

The Recruiter will play a vital support role within the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with high-volume sourcing, screening, and scheduling efforts to attract qualified candidates for a variety of airport security positions. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world recruiting experience, in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about recruiting and human resources within the aviation security industry. This role will work closely with recruiters and HR staff to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service, administrative, or recruiting or recruiting support
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
