The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support students from onboarding to graduation, focusing on retention and certification completion. You will walk alongside students, motivate progress, and hold them accountable to stay on track and reach milestones.

You will work cross-functionally with academics, admissions, and student support teams in a metrics-driven environment, managing a caseload and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics.
• Engage with students to monitor attendance, progress, and certification readiness.
• Coordinate with academics, admissions, and student support teams to remove barriers.
