Job summary

The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is hiring a Campus Executive Director to lead a campus, drive student recruitment and retention, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards across locations.

Role requires 5–10 years’ post-secondary leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to improve graduation and job placement metrics. AIM offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5–10 years of management experience in a post-secondary educational institution
• Positive business and sales aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-oriented educational environment
• Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized with multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accreditation, state requirements and other regulatory standards.
• Drive student retention and enrollment efforts.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget with the Regional Director.
• Oversee facilities management and related expenses.
• Staff all departments by coordinating with Corporate Directors and the Regional Director.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and PAC/Advisory Board meetings.
• Assign educational duties to the Director of Education.
• Address employee grievances with HR as needed.
• Stay informed on HR topics and leave eligibility policies.
• Lead monthly school meetings to share policies and progress.
• Maintain positive relationships with school and corporate staff.
• Supervise all school staff and report to Regional Director/VP Operations.
