Job summary

AIM is seeking a Student Success Coordinator in Manassas, VA to support students from onboarding through graduation within a metrics-driven, cross-functional team. You’ll monitor retention, certification readiness, and progress, coordinating with academics, admissions, and student support to remove barriers and drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes active engagement, accountability, and timely intervention, with a focus on ensuring students stay on track to complete their programs and graduate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year or four-year degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years in student services, advising, admissions, or related roles.
• Experience in a proprietary post-secondary environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students and partner with academics and admissions.
• Drive retention, certification completion, and graduation outcomes.
• Document interactions and outcomes in CampusNexus and other systems.
