Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• At least 3 years of structures maintenance experience on large aircraft.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise structures technicians to meet task requirements and safety standards.
• Ensure proper tagging, documentation and sign-offs per Repair Station Manual.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to align with schedules and budgets.
• Maintain high safety standards and enforce housekeeping in the hangar.
• Provide mentorship and training through On-The-Job Programs and formal training.
