Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician in Miami, FL to oversee Technicians in aircraft maintenance while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and Repair Station procedures.

You will lead tasks, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet schedules and safety standards. The role requires at least 3 years of Avionics Technician experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience as an Avionics Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and Repair Station procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise technicians to ensure safe, on-time aircraft maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Repair Station Manual and MPDs.
  • Lead by example to deliver high-quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager on schedules and work orders.
  • Coach technicians and provide on-the-job training opportunities.
  • Verify tooling availability and liaise with Stores.
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping in hangar and work areas.
  • Communicate progress, risks and blockers affecting the critical path.
