Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for aircraft maintenance to supervise Lead mechanics and technicians, ensuring safe, on-time re-delivery of aircraft.

You will collaborate with operations, quality assurance and customer leads to plan, schedule, and document all activities per Repair Station Manual and FAA regulations. The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in large aircraft maintenance and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in an Air Carrier or Repair Station environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years diversified aircraft maintenance experience with an Air Carrier, Commercial Operator or Repair Station.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in an Air Carrier or Repair Station environment.
• Must hold an Airframe & Powerplant rating(s) for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality service, safety standards and timely re-delivery of aircraft.
• Direct supervision of maintenance leads and technicians per FAA regulations.
• Provide leadership, coaching and accountability for teams delivering workmanship.
• Establish project plans with planning, QA & safety for each aircraft.
• Schedule shifts and manage resources to meet timelines and budget.
• Lead handover and documentation processes; ensure compliance and traceability.
• Obtain customer approvals for man hours and parts with clear justification.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and enforce good housekeeping practices.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Communicate progress to Director of Operations and QA, address roadblocks.
• Lead training programs with Training Specialist for maintenance personnel.
