Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Structures Technician to perform airframe maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with project specifications and service bulletins.

You will read complex drawings, lay out sheet metal, and install parts with precision using fixtures and gauges. The role requires teamwork, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and may entail stepping into a lead technician role, directing less experienced staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; proficient in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, repair and modifications on airframe components and assemblies.
• Read complex schematics/blueprints, engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Perform sheet metal layout, fabrication, and installation of parts and equipment.
• Follow SRM references and FAA/OEM data; ensure compliance and safety.
• Mentor and direct less experienced technicians; work alone or in a team.
