Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Lead Technician to oversee technicians, ensure task card execution per MPD and FAA regulations, and deliver safe, high-quality work. You will mentor staff, manage tools and materials, and collaborate with project management to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has aviation maintenance experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in English. A current FAA Airframe or Repairman certificate is required, with emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching of maintenance technicians.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, MPDs, AMM, IPC and service bulletins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to interact with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Technicians and support personnel per task cards and MPD.
• Ensure compliance with Repair Station Manual and FAA regulations.
• Maintain safe, clean hangar and enforce housekeeping practices.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedules, resources and documentation.
• Ensure timely re-delivery of airworthy aircraft within budgeted time.
