Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Station Training Supervisor in our Ground Handling Department to lead on-the-job training for new team members and ongoing learning.

You will demonstrate equipment operation, oversee de-icing training, and ensure compliance with procedures. The ideal candidate has two years of airline experience (ticketing, gate, ramp), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience, preferably across ticketing, gate, and ramp.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with de-icing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to new hires and provide airport familiarization.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and vehicles.
• Provide hands-on de-icing training.
• Follow up after training to ensure compliance and performance.
