Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Station Training Supervisor in the Ground Handling Department to lead on-the-job training for new hires and ongoing learning for the station team.

The role includes hands-on de-icing instruction, demonstrations of equipment and vehicle use, and post-training follow-up to ensure compliance across shifts. Two years of airline experience is preferred, with ability to work with all levels of staff. Reports to the Department Manager, Team Member Services.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience, ideally across ticketing, gate, and ramp.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to new hires in the station.
• Demonstrate proper equipment and vehicle usage.
• Deliver hands-on de-icing training and follow-up for compliance.
• Assist with station supplies delivery and storage.
• Support operations during special events.
