Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Station Training Supervisor for our Ground Handling Department in Boston. You will lead on-the-job training for new team members and provide ongoing coaching to strengthen station performance and safety.

The role requires two years of airline experience and strong organizational skills, with preferred qualifications in aviation or education. Expect to train across ticketing, gate, and ramp functions and report to the Department Manager, Team Member Services.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience, preferably encompassing ticketing, gate, and ramp.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to work with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to new hires at the station.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and vehicles; de-icing training.
• Follow up after training events to ensure compliance.
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies.
• Provide support during special events.
