Job summary

GAT Airline Ground Support is seeking a Station Agent to perform both customer service and ramp duties at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and also responsible for loading/unloading baggage and operating ground service equipment.

The role requires clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. The position offers competitive pay starting at $17.75 per hour with benefits including flight perks, uniforms, daily pay

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Use airline computer systems to provide flight information, process tickets and boarding, and manage baggage.
Process transactions and ensure proper accounting of collections.
Announce flights clearly and accurately.
Assist with jetways and safe opening/closing of aircraft doors.
Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers as needed.
Safely load/unload baggage and cargo and operate ground equipment.
Guide aircraft to gate positions to maintain on-time connections.
Prepare cabin for boarding by cleaning seats and areas.
Maintain equipment availability for upcoming flights.
Work independently and meet service standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
