Job summary

Cape Fox Federal Integrators seeks an experienced Standards/Evaluation Specialist to join our team at Creech AFB, NV. The role involves managing flight testing materials, updating ARMS/PEX data, and coordinating with DOT and HARM to ensure timely evaluation and training compliance.

The position requires 3+ years in MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 training or 7.5 years in a DoD flying squadron program, and Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 training programs or seven and a half years in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training program.
• Requires Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
• Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or equivalents; manage databases.
• Interface with HARM personnel to update ARMS or equivalents.
• Coordinate with DOT to review and update student/permanent party records and AFIs.
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
• Generate evaluation and testing status reports and SEB data as required.
• Perform testing administrator duties for the unit.
• Conduct monthly reviews of aircrews during evaluation eligibility period.
