Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation seeks an experienced Standards/Evaluation Specialist for the Creech AFB, NV position. You will maintain flight testing materials, manage data in Patriot Excalibur and ARMS-like systems, and coordinate with DOT to update records per AFIs.

You’ll generate evaluation reports and support training readiness across the unit, assisting with SEB data and aircrew qualification processes. Required TS/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility, prior MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 squadron training experience,

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 squadron/group/wing training experience or seven and a half years in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training.
  • Minimum three years with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar proprietary scheduling program.
  • Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility required.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
  • Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and ARMS-like systems as required.
  • Interface with HARM personnel to update ARMS as required.
  • Coordinate with DOT to review and update student/permanent party records per AFIs and guidance.
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
  • Generate evaluation/status reports and provide data for SEB quarterly reports; perform testing administrator duties.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of aircrews entering evaluation eligibility periods.
  • Interpret AFIs and guide Stan/Eval personnel to track training and readiness status.
