Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Standardizations Evaluations Specialist to support the Air Mobility Command Flying Squadron.

The role involves maintaining flight testing materials, updating data in GTIMS and ARMS systems, and coordinating with training officers to ensure training and evaluation requirements are met. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, interim Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred with Top-Secret clearance as a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must have interim Secret clearance.
  • 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Top-Secret clearance preferred.
  • Experience in a Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS and related systems; maintain crew records and perform annual reviews.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM and ARMS systems updates as required.
  • Coordinate with training officer to review records and AFI guidance.
  • Notify crewmembers and leadership of testing, evaluation, and training requirements.
  • Generate reports and data for SEB, STRP, and certification boards.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of evaluation dates and progress updates.
  • Update EFB and OSO/OGV readiness and training status.
  • Set up and restore EFB and End User Stand Alone devices and perform OS updates.
  • Review audit logs for unauthorized access and configuration changes.
