Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Standardizations Evaluations Specialist Lead to support the Air Mobility Command Flying Squadron.

The role focuses on maintaining flight testing materials, updating GTIMS and other systems, and coordinating with training officers to ensure records and evaluations are current. The position requires 1–2 years of related experience and an interim Secret clearance, with a preferred Bachelors degree.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS and other systems; maintain aircrew records and annual reviews.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM; update ARMS as required.
  • Coordinate with training officer to review records per AFIs and supplements.
  • Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
  • Generate reports and provide data for SEB, STRP, and certification boards.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of crew member evaluation dates and progress.
  • Update training readiness status and EFB device setup/restoration.
  • Provide guidance on PWS requirements and onboard training.
