Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation seeks an experienced Standards/Evaluation Specialist for the Creech AFB, NV position. You will maintain flight testing materials, manage data in Patriot Excalibur and ARMS-like systems, and coordinate with DOT to update records per AFIs.

You’ll generate evaluation reports and support training readiness across the unit, assisting with SEB data and aircrew qualification processes. Required TS/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility, prior MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 squadron training experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 squadron/group/wing training experience or seven and a half years in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training.
• Minimum three years with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar proprietary scheduling program.
• Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility required.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
• Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and ARMS-like systems as required.
• Interface with HARM personnel to update ARMS as required.
• Coordinate with DOT to review and update student/permanent party records per AFIs and guidance.
• Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
• Generate evaluation/status reports and provide data for SEB quarterly reports; perform testing administrator duties.
• Conduct monthly reviews of aircrews entering evaluation eligibility periods.
• Interpret AFIs and guide Stan/Eval personnel to track training and readiness status.

Job Description

Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking an experiencedStandards/Evaluation Specialist to join our company.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $60,000 - $68,000.

Duties include:

• Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
• Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX), future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
• Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
• Coordinate with DOT to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11-202V2 and AFI 11-2RQ-170V2 as well as associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.
• Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
• Generate the following reports/forms as required:
  • Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports.
  • Provide data to OGV for safety evaluation board (SEB) quarterly report.
  • AF Form 8, Qualification of Aircrew Qualification.
  • Perform testing administrator duties/function for the unit.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of those aircrews entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period.
  • Interpret AFIs and provide guidance and to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience working in a MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 Squadron/Group/Wing trainingprogram or seven and a half (7.5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training
• Minimum three years of experience working with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar proprietary scheduling program.
• Required: Top Secret/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
