Job summary

Garmin Ltd. in the Kansas City area seeks a full-time Aviation Services Representative 1 to provide basic technical customer support for Aviation Services products, including Garmin Pilot, Aviation Database Manager, and FltPlan Go.

You will answer calls, emails, chats and posts, escalate issues, document interactions and follow up when needed. Key duties include resolving inquiries, helping customers choose aviation services, processing subscriptions and payments, and maintaining knowledge of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated interest in aviation products.
• Strong customer-service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism, teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social posts.
• Assist with subscriptions, payments, auto-renewals and refunds.
• Escalate issues for resolution and follow up.
• Develop working knowledge of Garmin aviation products and databases.
• Document knowledge and follow-up actions for customers.
