Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time Aviation Product Support Specialist 2 at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will provide basic-to-moderately complex product and sales support for Garmin aviation products, developing deep knowledge of operation and specifications across global airspace systems.

The role requires aviation enthusiasm, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. On-site hours are Monday–Friday, with Garmin benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year relevant experience.
• 40 hours of flight time and 10 hours solo flight.
• Passed FAA Private Pilot exam.
• Demonstrate interest in Aviation.

Responsibilities

• Answer basic-to-moderately complex customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Determine products, accessories, and action plans to best serve needs.
• Provide technical and sales support for Garmin aviation products.
• Monitor, document, and report warranty issues and product concerns.
