Job summary

You will provide basic technical customer support for Garmin's Aviation Services products, including answering phone calls, emails, chats and web posts in a timely manner and escalating issues for resolution when needed. You will develop working knowledge of Air Services tools such as Garmin Pilot, Aviation Database Manager, and FltPlan Go, assist

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated interest in Garmin products and product knowledge.
• Demonstrated customer service knowledge.
• Proficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professionalism, teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Resolve basic customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Assist customers in selecting aviation services and processing subscriptions including payments, auto-renewals and refunds.
• Provide a positive customer experience and build confidence in Garmin support.
• Develop knowledge of Garmin Pilot, Aviation Database Manager and FltPlan Go.
• Access resources and databases, escalate field issues for resolution.
• Monitor client/server alarms and assist teammates as needed.
• Refer to FAQs for common questions and guidance.
