We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Coordinator to grow FCI's private aviation division through business development, relationship building, and strategic outreach.

This full-time, in-office role requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to work with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, referrals, and other outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with aviation stakeholders and operators.
• Support sales and business development from lead generation through contract execution.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and prospect databases.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects and clients.
• Attend industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
• Conduct in-person visits with prospects and existing clients when appropriate.
• Assist with marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and client-facing content.
• Research prospective clients, market opportunities, and industry trends.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities for the leadership team.
• Help strengthen and expand FCI's presence in aviation.
• Track outreach efforts, lead activity, and business development metrics.
• Support special projects and growth initiatives as the company expands.
