Job summary

Cutter Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Sales and the aircraft sales team. You will handle customer correspondence, telephone coverage, and marketing and social media support.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's in marketing. 1+ years of sales administration experience and knowledge of general aviation aircraft are desired.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of significant administrative experience related to sales administration.
• Knowledge of General Aviation aircraft is preferred.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple requests independently.
• Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Sales and the aircraft sales team.
• Maintain social media platforms, content scheduling, and marketing collateral.
• Organize marketing files, digital assets, and photography assets.
• Assist with advertising, promotion programs, and cross-department projects.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage incoming calls; travel for company events as needed.
• Support monthly department meetings and weekly check-ins for marketing.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Department with special projects as assigned.
