Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Safety Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation safety, flight operations, or regulatory compliance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Part 135 operations experience.
• Experience with aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS) and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Management System development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and OSHA standards.
• Manage ASAP, ERP, IEP, audits, and risk management for air ambulance operations.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and corrective action tracking.
• Oversee accreditation activities (EURAMI, NAAMTA, ARGUS) as applicable.
• Promote safety culture and data-driven decision making.
