FEAM Aero seeks a senior safety professional to support the VP of Safety & Quality in developing and implementing the Safety Management System across the U.S. and align programs with OSHA/EPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ aviation safety experience
• Formal education in Safety Management Systems preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist VP of Safety & Quality in development and implementation of SMS.
• Develop and implement occupational safety programs to prevent unsafe conditions.
• Manage change management, risk assessments and safety analysis.
• Maintain hazard identification and risk assessment processes and database.
• Investigate root causes of hazards, near misses and incidents, and ensure mitigations.
