Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA regulations and Part 145 knowledge required.
• Proven leadership in aviation quality/safety programs.
• Strong ability to interface with regulators and auditors.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and aviation data systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of Quality and Safety Department.
• Act as primary FAA liaison and coordinate with foreign aviation authorities.
• Manage calibration, documentation, and regulatory compliance audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Drive continuous process improvements with safety as a priority.
• Maintain training records and supervise Inspection and Training Departments.
