ADP, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager/Auditor reporting to the Director of Quality & Safety. The role oversees the QA department and ensures company quality standards meet regulatory requirements across FAA, NAA and related agencies.

Responsibilities include managing audit programs, coordinating cross-departmentally, conducting internal/external audits, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance for aircraft maintenance operations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• FAA certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating required.
• Minimum 5 years related auditing, inspection and aviation operations experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage internal/external audits and surveillance program per Repair Station Manual and company policies.
• Coordinate with departments (excluding Finance) to ensure appropriate audit frequency, corrective actions and closure.
• Develop and perform random audits for shelf life, calibration, paperwork control, FAA programs, training records and maintenance records.
