Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic direction for aviation services across multiple airport locations, owning safety, regulatory compliance, financial results, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

This senior leader will build operational strategies, ensure FAA/TSA/TSA/ OSHA compliance, develop leaders, manage P&L, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, highly regulated airport environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive operational leadership in aviation services.
• Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams and regulatory compliance programs.
• Expert knowledge of FAA, TSA, CBP, OSHA, and DOT regulations for aircraft services and airport operations.
• Strong understanding of aircraft types, cabin configurations, and cleaning specifications.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor modeling, and P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication skills with employees, customers, regulators, and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;Adobe Acrobat, HRIS, and operations or auditing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations by building and executing strategies that drive performance, profitability, and growth across stations and service lines.
• Own safety and compliance: FAA, TSA, CBP, DOT, OSHA requirements; oversee incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Develop leaders: set expectations, coach, evaluate, and plan succession; partner with HR on hiring and retention.
• Build client relationships: serve as senior contact for airline customers and airport authorities; lead audits and renewals.
• Manage the P&L: own regional budgets, control labor costs, analyze variances, provide pricing inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement: use KPIs to spot trends and guide change across teams.
