Cirrus Aircraft in McKinney, TX is seeking a Service Advisor who will be the primary contact for customers at the Factory Service Center. You will build service work packages, coordinate with parts, schedule maintenance, and communicate status, cost, and timelines to owners throughout the process.

The role requires aviation maintenance knowledge, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to balance demand with capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or management is required.
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers scheduling maintenance, modifications, and service bulletin compliance.
Coordinate with parts to pre-order required parts and kits.
Obtain warranty and customer approvals prior to work.
Maintain maintenance schedule and input demand with capacity.
Prepare cost estimates and invoices, including optional service bulletins.
Provide updates on status, lead times, and downtime.
Support planning of special projects and modifications.
Ensure customers are informed of maintenance costs before service.
