Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process repair orders and support AFI Billing and availability coordination.
• Coordinate shipments to vendors and AFI shops, monitor repair progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable regulations and contract terms.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and account managers to assist needs and manage expectations.
• Update IT systems with order status and quotes; manage warranty considerations.
