Sherwood Aviation is seeking an Account Manager Administrator to join our team in Florida. The role provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to the Account Management department in the aviation industry, handling orders and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while upholding professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in administrative, sales support, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or MRO is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP and order processing software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) required.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers.
• Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, POs, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain communication with customers for order updates and concerns.
• Assist with follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Support CRM initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with obtaining and organizing aviation documentation (COC, FAA 8130-3, EASA 1).
• Coordinate with QA to ensure documentation meets requirements.
• Verify documentation is available and maintained for orders.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and aviation standards.
• Assist with documentation requests for audits and inspections.
