Barfield Inc. is seeking a dedicated Repair Order Administrator to support AFI Billing and aviation repair processes. You will manage repair orders, coordinate shipping to vendors, and monitor the repair cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure within a dynamic aviation logistics environment. Prior aviation experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal errors.
• Fluent English (written and oral) is required.
• High School Diploma is mandatory; aviation experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics and familiarity with regulations (Dangerous Goods, Customs) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive material and issue repair orders, and track through repair processes.
• Ship to vendors or AFI shops and monitor expediting of repairs.
• Update IT systems with repair orders and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual lists and quotes; manage warranty considerations.
