AerFin is seeking a proactive Repair Vendor Executive in Miami to own stock and customer repairs from initial assessment through to final quotation and completion. You will collaborate with repair vendors to drive performance, control costs and shorten turnaround times while ensuring alignment with customer needs and broader business goals.

The role emphasizes identifying cost-saving repair strategies, negotiating effectively, and maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in aviation, engineering and aerospace.
• Experience in aerospace, stockist, MRO or repair environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to review and negotiate quotations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock and customer repairs from order to completion with accurate QA data.
• Review, challenge, and approve vendor quotations within budgets and approvals.
• Identify critical repairs based on customer needs and wider business priorities.
• Collaborate with repair vendors to manage turnaround times, costs and delivery commitments.
• Identify opportunities to maximise component value via alternative repair strategies and pricing.
• Support vendor selection by evaluating pricing, capabilities and turnaround times.
• Track vendor performance against KPIs and maintain repair status in systems.
• Coordinate with Sales to support customer requirements and repair priorities.
• Provide proactive repair status updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Handle warranty repairs with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify delays and cost increases and drive actions to resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across repair processes and vendor management.
