Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring across aviation, technical, skilled, and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ recruiting experience, with proficiency in MS Office, Paylocity, and LinkedIn Recruiter. On-site work with occasional travel to other Pilatus locations and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with independent responsibility.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for technical, skilled trades, or professional roles.
• Experience conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple openings across locations/time zones.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Paylocity, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate travel when needed.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting data reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers across locations and time zones.
• Represent Pilatus at career fairs and events; build recruiting partnerships.
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment.
