Job summary

Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is seeking a part-time Aviation Recruiter Assistant. The role supports the recruitment process, drafts requisitions, and submits candidate information into the applicant portal while contacting potential candidates to build a strong applicant pool.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years in HR preferred, and strong grammar, typing, and computer skills. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft requisitions for new positions.
• Submit applicants into the company's applicant portal.

Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is looking for a part-time Aviation Recruiter Assistant

Position Purpose

Under close supervision, assist with the recruitment process to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates.

Essential Functions

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with drafting requisitions appropriately for new positions.
• Submits applicant's information into company's applicant portal.
• Uses various methods to contact potential candidates, as needed.
• Works toward developing and maintaining relationship with applicants through the staffing process
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As an ideal candidate to join the AVTECH team, you will meet the following:

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 1-2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment.

Other Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math.
• Proficient in internet/computer skills.

Required Unique Skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred.
